A Hippo

Going to the zoo to photograph the animals requires patience..  Getting a good image is totally dependent on their activity and even if they're in their enclosure at all.  My local zoo makes it even more frustrating because I'm sure they gave less-than-zero thought to enclosing the animals so people could get good photographs.  

Anyway, this was the first time in a long time that this guy/girl made a public appearance, and there was no way I was going to just sit and wait for him/her to move.
