Windows with Green Awnings

At the far end of Abilene, there's a building with windows and green awnings.  The building might be used as an event space, but I've never seen anyone go in or out of it.  

The building looks like it's being taken care of.

Bottle on the Steps

I noticed these steps first and then I saw the bottle.  I didn't handle it so I don't know what was in the bottle.
