Fall Decor on House Steps

While walking around waiting for my grandkids class to begin, I saw this pretty arrangement of Fall Decor on some house steps.

Pretty House

While I was waiting for my grandkid's testing for their martial arts classes, I walked around the neighborhood for a few minutes.  The houses in that area are really pretty, so I grabbed a few images of several different homes.  This is quite a large structure, but I really like the front door with the window on the side.

Snake Plant

Inside the coffee shop in Eastland, Texas, there are plants and other pieces of decor for the enjoyment of the customers.  I just love the was this plant looks against the red brick wall inside the shop.

Photos on Bathroom wall

The coffee shop in Eastland has some really awesome wall decor.  These photos are clustered on one of the walls in the ladies bathroom.  

I love the different frames and it's always fun to look at retro photos.

Coffee Shop Lounge

Took a drive to Eastland, TX where there's an adorable coffee shop that we've been to before.  

To the left of the image, out of sight, are a couple of tables which is where we were sitting enjoying the coffee drinks we ordered.  

Out the back door there's a pool and some sitting areas and above the coffee shop is a motel/hotel for guests.  The structure is down a side street and is a very pleasant area of the town.

This is the doorway to the upstairs of a building that contains businesses and photo studios.  

To the left of the image, that is unseen, is an elevator.

Framed flowers

Inside the building where there are offices and work places upstairs, there's this framed photo of paper flowers hanging in the hallway.  

It's a great piece of decoration.

Aloe Plant

In downtown Abilene, there are areas that have been decorated with plants, and this is one of the areas that has several aloe plants.  

The downtown area is beginning to look really nice with the upgrades that are going on.

Downtown Plant Decor

Downtown Abilene has been revitalized.  There's a lot of decor around.  This plant is just one of several in a row surrounded by rocks.  It's really a beautiful sight.

The downtown coffee shop has remodeled and they put these retro album covers on one of the separating walls.

My fave coffee shop has remodeled a little and they placed this plant in the corner with the frame in front of it.  What a cute idea.

Flowers on Car Door

After Sunday night Study at church a bunch of us go out for dinner at one of two different places.  Tonight we went to Heff's and right outside the door was this car with these beautiful flowers painted on each side.

I've always wanted to have something pretty painted on my car, but it's never happened, so it was great seeing these flowers on this car..

Artwork in a Coffee Shop

One of the more popular coffee shops in Abilene has this arrangement of artwork decorating one of the walls where there's a small sitting area.  It's just so welcoming.

Snowman picture location

We were walking around a town called Desdemona a couple of days before Christmas and we came across this snowman where you can get your photo taken.  It was so cute. 

There were no folks walking around~~maybe it was too close to dinner time.

The temp was about 75.  I LOVE warm temps for Christmas.

Christmas Artwork

One of the downtown Abilene businesses has this adorable artwork  on its plate-glass window:  

two colorful gnomes riding in the back of a red pick-up decorated for Christmas.

It will be too bad when the Christmas season is over and all this artwork is gone.

It was an unbelievable 85 degrees today.  How awesome is that when the northern part of the country is being blanketed by snow?

I checked the temps in Fairbanks, AK today.  It was -30.
