Banner in a Church

Today is CHRISTMAS.
I attended the funeral of my friend's husband the other day.  He's with the Lord now. His death was quick, he didn't suffer much, but he was only about 70, which seems young to me.  The church sanctuary had 5 banners along the walls, but I just captured this one.
It's so awesome that our salvation is not of our own doing, but is by God's choice.  Everyone has the information they need to accept Jesus as their Lord and Savior, but not everyone will do it.
God is in control, Praise God.

Grace Museum Advertisements

There's a museum in downtown Abilene, Texas called The Grace.  It's a wonderful little museum and there's a playroom for the littles on the top floor that's quite impressive.
Outside and behind the building is this wall of advertising and to the left there's a parking area for guests.
I just thought this was really good looking so one day I made several images.  I like the others I took, but this is the one you get to see.

Wall Mural

A wall mural with a great sentiment on the outside of an eatery.

My heart is grateful for:
reminders to be more Christlike as I travel through this life
