Abandoned Bldg in Ranger

I don't know what this building was once upon a time, but now it's just a shell, no walls or floor plan 

inside, just some supporting poles holding up the beams that supported the upper floors.

There are planters along the outside of the lower level, as though someone is trying too make the building/sidewalk look nice.

Tortoise

Seen at the Waco, Texas Zoo.

Aldabra Tortoise

This guy lives at the Abilene, Texas zoo.  He's huge.  This species of tortoise can live up to 150 years and weigh as much as 550 lbs and it is the 2nd largest tortoise in existence.  The Galapagos tortoise is the only one that's larger.  

It was grazing peacefully on the grass in its enclosure.  They eat grasses and woody plants but have been known to eat meat when it's available.  According to Google there are only 200,000 left in the world today.
