Retro Washing Machine
There were several retro washing machines behind a chain link fence in Baird, TX.

My grandma had one of those and remember getting my long hair caught in it.
I'm glad we don't have to use them any more.:)
We never had one of these, but I can see how "dangerous" it would be if there were little kids around it. I'm glad for the newer machines we have.
Oh I wouldn't like to go back to those days, my Mom had a wringer washer a bit newer than this one...all the clothing was so wrinkled:(
