Day 9

For most of the early part of the day today, it looked like it would rain, but it didn't. Late in the afternoon it began to clear up, but then I heard a strange noise and when I looked out the window, it was pouring down rain. Weird.

Well, folks, what is this a picture of....??? Let me tell you--it's pooling water drops on my newly WATERPROOFED deck--hooray, hooray! The grunt work was worth it.

Now I can walk on my clean, wet deck without taking my life in my hands--no more slipping and sliding on dirty, slimy 2x4s. Aaahhhhhhh.....
