Storage Units
This section of storage units is surrounded by a black fence.
I don't know how many units are rented but once in a while there are some people holding "unit sales" from one or another of the units.

Everyone has too much "stuff"
I agree. This is a military town, so there are people who have to store things until they move. I'd just get rid of it in order to downsize!!!
