Tubes and Wires

While waiting for my car to be serviced today, I walked around outside hoping to find a photo op.  There's not much near the car shop so I was feeing pretty hopeless.  I walked behind a huge deserted building next door and saw this.

It looks like a chaotic mess to me but I'm sure it makes sense to someone.
