This building was once a fancy motel in Stamford, Texas, now gone to rack n ruin.  It must have been quite the accommodation once upon a time.

Abandoned Motel

I went to Baird today to see if there were any photo ops.  I've passed this place several times before, but I never stopped.  Today I did.  There was a fence around the perimeter so I couldn't get any closer, but this will do.  The tree in the foreground is probably stunning when it's in bloom.
