Retro Tombstone
I pulled into a cemetery looking for something interesting to photograph and I came across this retro tombstone propped against a gnarly tree trunk.
The letters are very hard to read but it looks like the last date is 1896.

Such a shame I think when you can't read what's on the gravestones. There are a lot like that in the cemeteries I walk around.
I agree HappyK. I was so sad when I couldn't read the words. Some of the letters were clear but not enough of them to get the name and dates.
