What's For Dinner
This was my contribution to our church's evening fellowship dinner following Bible Study. Empanadas. Which I've never made before. Not bad and I'll probably try them again.

They look good! What are they filled with? Is the crust a biscuit-like consistency? Or is more like a pie crust? More info, please! :-)

I loved empanadas in Puerto Rico. Lots of yummy meat and cheese and spices...what were yours filled with? Yum...now I'm hungry, gotta go make dinner!
